Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) assists the University of Oregon community in promoting a safe and healthful environment.
In support of this mission, EHS works collaboratively with academic, research and administrative units to promote compliance and responsible behaviors as exemplified and required by health, safety and environmental standards, codes, regulations, and university programs. EHS operates within an atmosphere open to the exchange of ideas, and provides educational, monitoring, problem solving, and support service functions.

The Safety Advisory Committee advises on occupational safety and health issues to the Vice President for Finance and Administration.
OSHA 300A Form
The OSHA 300A Form is used to classify and disclose work-related injuries and illnesses (posted February through April annually).
